We kindly ask you to carefully read the rules and conditions that apply to all reservations made at Castell de Vallgornera:

• The reception hours are from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., check-in is from 3 p.m. and ends at 9 p.m. If you arrive before 3 p.m., you may leave your luggage at the hotel’s storage and start enjoying your stay.
• In case of arrival after 9 p.m., the code and room key will be provided, and check-in will take place the following morning.

Check-out is at 12 p.m. If you wish to check out later, it is essential to contact the reception team, who will inform you of the conditions for late check-out.

Rooms can accommodate a maximum of two guests. Some specific rooms can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 guests if they have an extra bed.

Castell de Vallgornera accepts pets upon request. Please contact management for arrangements.

Castell de Vallgornera is committed to the quality and cleanliness of the facilities. For this reason, we kindly ask our guests to enjoy their stay while preserving the comfort of other guests and caring for the facilities. If these rules are not respected, the accommodation reserves the right to charge additional fees for extreme dirt, damages, and/or theft.

In compliance with Law 42/2010, we are a smoke-free space. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival at the hotel.
• No-show or early departure: a 100% charge of the booking amount

All cancellations must be made in writing. Any modification or cancellation must be sent and confirmed via email to info@castelldevallgornera.com. If no confirmation is received following your request, please contact us at 722 50 68 37.

If you do not arrive at the hotel on the day of the reservation, “no-show,” a 100% charge of the reserved stay will be applied.
