Everyday life at the Castle

Our team is here to assist you from 9:00h to 21:00h. After that time, the castle closes its doors, but don’t worry, we have a secondary entrance with a unique and personalised pin so you can access at any time.

Breakfast is on us and we serve it in the Castle Lounge from 8:00h to 11:00h. We carefully select local products of the highest quality. You can enjoy it in the Lounge, in the Patio de Armas or even in your room if you wish.

And don’t forget our special corner: the Honesty Bar. We believe in honesty and that you deserve to enjoy a little something at any time. So, if you fancy a drink or a glass of wine, help yourself and enjoy!

Our commitment to the environment

At El Castell de Vallgornera, we recognise our moral responsibility to preserve our planet. Sustainability is not just a duty, but a shared responsibility that demands action. However, we know that being sustainable means giving back as much as we consume, and unfortunately, this is not always true.

We are conscious of our actions and choose responsibility to minimise the environmental impact of our operations. We are committed to being more responsible.
We partner with local suppliers for supplies such as bread, sausages, bedding and cleaning. Supporting our community is a fundamental part of our beliefs.

We reuse furniture from the old Castle, giving new life to pieces with history. This commitment to reducing waste and minimising environmental impact is also reflected in our décor, where we incorporate second hand items. By choosing second-hand furniture, we help to encourage a culture of reuse and reduce the demand for new production, although we have also included new furniture elements in the refurbishment.

We believe that by making responsible choices, we contribute to a more harmonious future for our planet.
